I was so happy! But all of this was gone in just a couple hours. It was fun while it lasted. I took lots of pictures, I'll put a few more in leftovers and I took a lot of the kids today that I am posting on Musings.

I love any snow pictures, but I really love the first one -- I see the fragility of the flower, but also the strength it has to hold up the snow. Wonderful!

Yeah! Glad you were able to enjoy some snow, albeit briefly. This first picture in particular is really nice.
Pretty pictures! We, too, finally got some snow and it was gone again in 24 hours or so. I was glad to get some pictures of it while it was here (just to prove to myself that we did, indeed, have winter!) =)
That first one is great. I can't seem to get my lens to focus on just one snowflake like that. It's so nice to have snow.

Happy you got some snow even though it only lasted a little while. I'm even happier that you got some great pics of it. I like the first one too but I think the bell is my favorite - especially having seen it before.

i especially love the snow on the bell. it captures that "fluffy" feeling of new snow, i can almost feel the cold iron of the bell!
