While out today we combined looking at art galleries with scouting for wedding locations. This is from the basement (old morgue) of The Greater Louisville Medical School Building
It was a cool building with great art, but the dance floor was probably too small. This is one of the first 'boxes' for putting patients who were to be autopsied. Before this box was invented (here in Louisville I believe) bodies were thrown into vats of chemicals and then gotten out by hooks and transported around like in a meat packing plant. The boys loved this piece of history :)
