Abstinence (Latin, frenum) (self-control, opposes gluttony, Latin gula) —Constant mindfulness of others and one's surroundings; practicing self-control, abstention, and moderation.
1/2 a mug of chicken noodle soup and a few crackers....so it fits moderation :)
