Got up today expecting to go to my uncle's funeral, but it was postponed due to flooding. I had worn my hair down, rare for me, and Dirk decided it looked a little too cavewoman like, so he suggested a cut. Here are the before and after 8.5 inches. I guess it does look a little more tame :)

It was pretty before but is beautiful now. I love the added shine and little flip on the ends. Very nice!
(My dh would NEVER recommend a haircut for me -- he always goes into grieving mode if I even have a trim....)
