Starting a scrapbook.....

My sister and I are going through all the old photos to find the very few that are there of my mom. Some we are just cutting up, some we are scanning and cutting up, and some I am taking photos of and trying to retouch a little. I don't want them to be perfect, because I like the aged look, but it is nice to fix some of the water damage.

This is Mom's senior picture. It is one that was very damaged. I think it is a little less noticable now.

This is beautiful, and what a neat tribute to your mom to have her family working together to remember her with so much love.

Aren't our parental high school photos a hoot? They are SO different from ours, and I can only imagine what our kids think about ours. I have a picture of my mom in her early 20's all decked out with hat and gloves, looking like Jackie O.

If this photo was damaged, you did a great job with it. I hope the scrapbook process brings lots of good memories and smiles.

I love the collage of pictures and books; the colors, the textures and the sentiment are very rich!
