We have been using Lulu.com for yearbooks and a few other self-publishing projects of Dirk's and have really been impressed with the quality. So they are they ones I am going to have print the blog. I think it might take a little bit of formatting on my part, but not a lot of work.
This is also one way I looked at to print the blog too, Blog2print. They seem like a pretty good option, but I think Lulu's prices were better and I know Lulu's quality is fantastic. I will probably look into it again for the end of the year.

I couldn't get blog2print to work for me! Thanks for letting me know about Lulu.com, I'll try with them!
With Lulu.com do you have to design (set up) your blog entries in Adobe Indesign first or is there an easier way of doing it? I checked out the Lulu website but didn't see anything about easy blog printing.
