No more hole!

Nathan caught this picture of Papaw and Dirk finishing up the mudding on the ceiling.

Eat Me!

It said "Eat Me" so I did. And Dirk said I could totally blame it on him because he was the one wanting ice cream while we were out running errands today :)

Out of chaos comes order.... I hope!

We decided to switch the king size bed in my room that splits into two beds, with the smaller queen sized bed in my mom and step-dad's old room that Athena now uses. That room was like an extra dementional space. We kept moving stuff out and more stuff and more stuff. We have made three trips to Good Will and probably have two or three more to make as well as many, many trips to our huge rented dumpster.

She thinks we moved them just for her entertainment!

This is their new house, they outgrew the box in my room. They had started jumping out and running around my room! This house is three times the size of their old one, I think they double in size overnight.

No matter how hair-brained my ideas are,
he does whatever he can to help me make my dreams come true!

Today he and his dad are beginning to build my super-wonderful portable chicken house.

Chicks day 11

I was too tired to take pictures, but here is one Nathan took of the chicks today. I enjoy them, however, I will not be sorry when they are old enough to go outside.

We have taken pictures of the kids in front of the flowered crosses every year of their lives.... now I wish I put them all in the same place!
